Orders
- All orders placed will be processed and shipped immediately upon submission.
- RYZ Clothing Co. LLC will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items upon transit.
- Customers placing an order will hold full responsibility of providing accurate information such as shipping address, name, email address. To prevent any mistakes in shipping and prevent any delays, please review your information before confirming purchase.
- All claims will be reviewed by USPS, as they may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once processed, USPS will take further appropriate actions to resolve the problem.
- Filing a claim for a stolen or missing package may not guaranteed a partial or full reimbursement. We encourage you to contact us and we will try to assist you to the best of our ability.
- Customer will be charged upon confirming submission.
Shipping
- All orders are to be shipped to the address that was provided by the customer at checkout.
- We ship using USPS and charge a flat rate shipping fee, regardless what item was bought.
- RYZ Clothing Co. LLC does not ship internationally. We only fulfill domestic orders.
- Orders are usually received within 3-5 business days after purchase fulfillment.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on USPS services during holidays, natural disasters, or high mail volume.
Returns & Exchanges
- Any item purchased from RYZ Clothing Co. LLC may be returned for in store credit. Customers will receive a code with an amount they can apply to their next purchase.
- Each item must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags in order to be eligible for an in store credit code.
- Once the return has been received and inspected, an in store credit code will be issued to the customer via email.
- RYZ Clothing Co. LLC will not issue any direct monetary refunds for any return/exchange whatsoever.
- Any exchange will be placed through our contact page. Exchanges must be for products equal or lesser value. If the exchange is of greater value than the requested item(s), the customer will be provided an in store credit code.
- The customer will be responsible for paying for postage fees on any return or exchange.
- If the customer's item received was defective, we will waive any shipping fee and issue the customer a prepaid label via email to return the item and will ship the exchanged item free of charge from the customer.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive the item from the time the customer shipped out the their exchange.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
Discounts
- All discount codes are to be entered at the time of checkout.
- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
- In lieu of our customer's protection, our software will not allow to us to apply discounts or adjust prices once the order has been submitted and confirmed.
Subscribing to our mailing list
- A pop up screen will prompt you to join our mailing list five seconds of being on our website.
- You can opt by entering your email address, first and last name, and birth date.
- Opting in our mailing list means you allow us to be updated with emails. These emails will notify you of updates, announcements, provide exclusive discounts, events, and abandoned cart notifications.
- If you choose not to opt in our mailing list, you can simply click on the X on the top right corner of the pop up.
- If you no longer wish to be subscribed in our mailing list, you can unsubscribe by either contacting us at [email protected] and state that you are unsubscribing, or you can go into your previous email we have sent you and click on unsubscribe at the very bottom.
